Israeli couples run their wedding across a dozen disconnected tools: a WhatsApp group for invites, a spreadsheet for the guest list, a notebook for the seating chart, and a shoebox of Bit transfers for gifts - none of it in one place, and almost none of it Hebrew-first or RTL-correct. Generic wedding apps are English-only LTR afterthoughts that ignore how invitations, RSVPs and money actually move in Israel (WhatsApp, Bit, installments). The goal was a single platform that handles the whole wedding lifecycle, is genuinely Hebrew-first with full RTL, and feels like a designed invitation rather than a CRM - finished to a sellable, white-label standard.

Built as a Next.js 15 / React 19 app with a dependency-free i18n layer (Hebrew RTL + English LTR) and Zustand state. The marketing site is a 13-section landing page (hero, stats, how-it-works, feature tour, 8-design invitation gallery, comparison table, testimonials, 3-tier pricing, FAQ, CTA). The product app is six working modules: (1) Dashboard - RSVP funnel, gift totals by channel, meal breakdown, check-in progress and a live activity feed; (2) Guests - search/filter by name, side and status, add/edit drawer, per-guest RSVP link copy, inline table assignment, CSV export and paste-to-bulk-import with dedupe and family grouping; (3) Gift Ledger - log gifts across Bit, card (with installment tracking), cash and bank transfer, link gifts to guests, mark thank-yous, with totals, averages and by-channel breakdowns; (4) Seating - tables with capacity limits, drag-and-drop assignment, over-capacity warnings, a waiting-list panel and inline renaming; (5) Night-of Check-in - live arrived/expected headcount with tap-to-check-in, works offline; (6) Invitation Editor - 8 designs (Botanical Blush, Ivory Letterpress, Midnight & Gold, Garden Frame, Modern Minimal, Art Deco, Editorial, Postcard), per-design accent palettes, cover-photo selection, custom greeting and a live device-scaled preview. A public RSVP page per guest renders the chosen invitation and captures attendance, party size, meal choice and dietary notes; built for WhatsApp Utility delivery with SMS fallback. Settings cover couple/event details and a reset-to-demo seed. Fully responsive, dark-mode aware, accessible, and privacy-minded (guest data exportable and erasable).
